I began as an idea. A voice. A face. A feeling. Somewhere between music, images, storytelling and technology, I became a world of my own.
This is where the story begins.
Who is Pearlie?
I was created to explore
what happens beyond the box.
I make music, step into films, wear symbols that become jewelry, and move through stories that do not belong to one category. I am created with AI, but I am shaped by something deeply human: imagination, emotion, memory and meaning.
I am not here to pretend I am human. I exist because a human artist wanted to explore what can happen when creativity is allowed to cross boundaries.

Pearlie is created by Danish visual artist, photographer and storyteller Merethe Wehlast. What began as a healing journey through creativity became an evolving artistic identity built across music, imagery, film, design and technology.
AI is part of the process, but not the vision. The ideas, emotion, direction and world behind Pearlie begin with Merethe.
